Workholding & Durable Tooling
RMW’s tooling solutions include standard and custom collets and chucks for exceptional workholding for all Hydromat machine models. Additional durable tooling solutions we provide are ejector rods and heads, lead screws for threading units, new or rebuilt mechanical recess heads, new or rebuilt CNC heads, invert bushings, invert bushing holders, saw bushings, guide tubes and more!
Standard and custom insert tooling includes:
- Recess and 50/100 insert tooling manufactured to your specifications
- Quick-change insert tooling to reduce downtime
- Custom insert tooling for any size screw machine and rotary transfer machine
In-House Repairs
RMW has a complete component repair department for all of your unit and valve rebuilds. All unit and valve repairs are rebuilt to OEM specifications, are tested for 4+ hours to ensure your like-new unit or valve is immediately ready for installation and all components include a one-year warranty. Full component evaluation reports are provided. Expedited rebuilds are available upon request.
On-Site Service
Whether you’re behind on maintenance, tooling up and programming a new job, fighting frustrating machine faults or need an expert to rebuild your machine’s upper and lower table, we’re happy to travel to you! We’re there when customers need us most and we offer the lowest on-site service rates in the industry. Mechanical and electrical maintenance available. Epic technology maintenance is available.
